Honor’s House offers digital products, physical items, and crowdfunding-based rewards. This policy applies regardless of whether you arrived at our website directly or through third-party platforms such as YouTube.

Digital Products

All digital products including worksheets, downloads, and PDF materials are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered once access has been granted. Technical access issues may be reported for assistance.

Physical Products & Pre-Orders

Physical items and pre-orders may be eligible for return only if damaged or defective. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Kickstarter & Crowdfunding Rewards

Rewards promoted or referenced via YouTube or other platforms and fulfilled through crowdfunding services such as Kickstarter are governed by the terms of those platforms and are not subject to traditional refund policies.
